IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shut Off's
(Disconnects) are being processed in your service area this week. If you have a
PAST DUE BILL (Red Reminder Notice), a BALANCE FORWARD on your current
statement, AND/OR you have been DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT, please contact
our office at 479-968-6268 during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00
am-5:00 to pay your bill, DO NOT attempt to pay online. You will be required to
pay all fees* associated with the shut off in OUR OFFICE before you will be
reconnected. *Delinquent bill plus a $25.00 reconnect fee and an additional
meter deposit (if required) must be paid in full before service will be
reconnected.
WARNING: Anyone found tampering with
a meter after it has been locked for non-payment will be subject to a $100.00
fine!
